An award-winning marketer and entrepreneur, with 10 years + experience in the technology, retail, mobile and banking sectors. Kimberley’s career began in Manchester in independent music promotion, radio and online journalism.

In 2009, Kimberley Co-Founded international communications agency SkyParlour at 26 years of age. Ten years on, from its base in central Manchester, the business has amassed Fintech clients around the world from Palo Alto, to Munich, to Jakarta and back again to Cheadle.

Kimberley is co-chair of the Pro Manchester Fintech committee and industry advisor to the University of Salford Fintech MSc programme. She is also an active member of the Founders for Schools initiative and a mentor on the Tech Manchester mentoring programme.

Julian is the CEO of crypto exchange Bitstamp. Previously, Julian Sawyer was the European Managing Director for Gemini, the New York Regulated Crypto Exchange and digital asset Custodian. Prior to joining Gemini to lead the European operation, Julian was a co-founder and former COO of Starling Bank for over four years with was responsibility for running customer services, AML & Fraud, Payment Operations, HR and Supplier Management.

Asen Kostadinov

Asen Kostadinov is Copper’s head of strategy and joined the company from MMC Ventures where he led the blockchain/crypto investment portfolio and also led the fund's research department.

Prior to his career in venture capital, he spent four years as an equity research analyst at Barclays, covering European media and video and internet gaming.

Previously, Asen worked in the aerospace industry as an engineer the Airbus Flight Physics Division, after completing his engineering degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. Asen is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
